We have rolled out a new feature on our website – “My Account“. This feature was previously hidden in the check out process, where customers can create a new user account by checking the “create new account” checkbox. Recently, we have made some enhancement to “My Account” and opened it up for public. “My Account” can be accessed via the main navigation menu on the website or via direct link: https://www.liferelayhealthcare.com/my-account/
Here are some of the highlights under “My Account”
- Registration and Login
Please register a new account if you are a new customer. If you have already created an account before (i.e. customers who checked “create a new account” during check-out process), you may login directly using your email address. If you don’t remember the password, please go through the “Lost your password” process to retrieve your password.
- Manage Orders
Once you login, you will see a list of all the orders you have placed. It’s easy to track the status of an order and details of previous orders.
- Manage Addresses
The shipping and billing addresses are saved on file and automatically populated when you place an order.
- Manage Personal Profile
Here you can update your name, email address and password.
